INGREDIENTS

for 4 small pouches

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of fresh yogurt
  • 1 cup of frozen berries

PREPARATION

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal to each pouch and store in the refrigerator.
